My experience with the Fiqh program has been very meaningful and beneficial to me, both in my understanding of the dīn and in my daily life. Before studying Fiqh in a structured way, I knew many Islamic rulings, but I sometimes found it difficult to understand the reasons behind them, the differences between certain opinions, and how to properly apply them. Through this program, I have learned to look at Fiqh with a deeper understanding and to appreciate the importance of learning from reliable sources and qualified teachers. One of the things I value most about the program is that it has helped me become more careful about my worship and everyday decisions. Studying Fiqh has made me realize how much knowledge we need in order to worship Allah ﷻ correctly. It has also increased my desire to learn more and not simply depend on what I have heard from others. The classes have also helped me understand that seeking Islamic knowledge is a journey that requires patience, consistency, and sincerity. Even when some lessons were challenging, I found them beneficial because they encouraged me to think, review, ask questions, and go back to the material until I understood it better. I am especially thankful for the teachers and the effort they put into explaining the lessons and guiding the students. Their dedication has made the learning experience valuable for me. Alhamdulillah, I have benefited greatly from studying at Ahkam Academy. I have been a student of Ustadh Ibrahim for over two years, studying Hanbali fiqh, comparative fiqh, and Mabadi al-Fiqh. As part of the first core cohort, we had the opportunity to explore many topics in depth, including life in the grave. I especially benefited from our comparative fiqh discussions. We practised examining different evidences and learned how scholars extract rulings from hadiths and ayat. These discussions showed me how much knowledge and careful study are required to properly understand fiqh. This program was my first introduction to studying fiqh in depth, and it became a gateway that made me want to continue learning more. We have also begun studying Arabic grammar, which I am very excited about. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of fiqh. I have benefited tremendously, and I cannot thank our teacher enough. May Allah bless him, reward him abundantly, and place barakah in Ahkam Academy.

Studying Intro to Fiqh with Ahkam Academy has been a very beneficial and enriching experience, especially as someone who had never studied fiqh in detail before. Although I had a general understanding of many aspects of Islam, I had never had the opportunity to study the subject in a structured way or truly understand the principles and reasoning behind many of the rulings I encountered in everyday life. The course provided me with a strong foundation in basic fiqh as well as the fiqh of ṣalāh. It helped me understand not only how to perform acts of worship correctly, but also the reasoning, evidence, and scholarly methodology behind many of the rulings. Learning about the different categories of rulings and how scholars derive and explain them gave me a much deeper appreciation for fiqh as a science. I particularly benefited from studying the rulings related to prayer, an act of worship we Muslims do every day multiple times a day. Learning those rulings helped me better my Salah. At the same time, the broader introduction to fiqh helped me develop a better understanding of how Islamic rulings are approached beyond ṣalāh. Another aspect I greatly appreciated was being introduced to the Qur'an, Sunnah, and scholarly opinions behind the rulings. This made the course much more meaningful and helped me understand that fiqh is not simply a collection of rules to memorize, but a detailed and scholarly discipline rooted in evidence. Overall, Ahkam Academy's Intro to Fiqh course gave me a foundation that I previously lacked. It strengthened my understanding of my religion, gave me greater confidence in my worship, and encouraged me to continue seeking Islamic knowledge. For someone who had little formal background in fiqh, this course was an excellent starting point and has given me a strong foundation to build upon.

Ahkam has positively changed how I understand Fiqh, making more complicated rules approachable and easy to apply and understand. The teaching style is very engaging and clear, and has given me so much clarification and broadened my overall understanding and confidence.
